Boris Toucas

Boris Toucas is the Head of Culture, Science and Education at the Embassy of France in Australia and a career diplomat. He previously served as a political counsellor at the embassy of France in the United States and as a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Before that, he served at the French MFA headquarters in Paris.
